css - Can't center this Bootstrap div -

every other div centered one. , it's been driving me nuts few hours. broke down , posted. attached pic can see it's not centered.

if understand right, want each testimonial centered in containing div? how adding margin-left: 25%; both .testimonial-section , .testimonial-description?
