how create "dynamic web project" in eclipse?

i trying learn primefaces. trying follow video tutorial
here supposed go file->new , create dynamic web project. not have option however.

i have tried "install new software" , search there, have not found it. doing wrong? thanks!

you require eclipse java ee developer tools. install them using instructions @ https://wiki.eclipse.org/wtp_faq#how_do_i_install_wtp.3f .
