Magento: Minimal quantity diffrent sizes -

i'm making shop clothing. there minimal order amount per order. want have choice customer can make different sizes.

so minimal count 10 pieces, , if customer wants 4 size m, 5 size l , 1 size xl. easiest way in code can accomplish this?

i'm using simple products associated configurable products.
